ram tester

Hey,
sorry for posting this, i know i've seen this link before, but cannot find it during a search.


whats a good utility to THOUGHROUGHLY test my ram? I want to test reads/writes to each individual chip ,as well as bandwidth and all the other good stuff. I considered siSoft Sandra but that is just a burn in test. Thanks!

try a search for memtest86...I believe it used to be a part of the utility bundle that came with quarterdeck's software but it should be widely available online. I will try to see if I can find a specific place for you to DL it.

I think Sandra by si soft has a memory test
I think it's a good program for testing the pc
