I do random things. Like tonight I made a Gentoo themed KDE boot splash. Why you ask? My brain ain't functioning enough to do homework, but it's still working enough to go, "oooohhh, pretty colors..."

anyhow, here it is. bask in its glory.

sooooo... what's a gentoo and what's a kde boot splash?

gentoo is a linux distro. and a kde boot splash is what pops up when you load kde. it tells you what specifically is loading when kde loads.

The owners of this site didn't want this forum to become another Limpforum or see the flame wars that plague Anandtech's off topic. That effort has been successful. Its been that way for close to 3 years now.

Doing things the Got|Apex way. :thumb:

Damn revil your brain must have been working atleast reasonably well to make that.;) It's really nice. Plus blue being my favorite color and all...:D

not really. All i did was modify the wallpaper available at gentoo.org by brightening it up and then added the kde logo behind the g. then i added some icon head things. it was very easy to do.
