Excel charting question

So how do you alter the scale of the Y axis so that it would display 0-100, then have the zig zag, then show 500-750. Basically there's one value in the chart that's throwing off the scale...

Hey, I'd like to know how to do that too...my only solution was to plot two seperate graphs before, one on top of the other
