Yeah, I actually purchased an aiw128 for mpeg capture, and thanks to Justin42 I can capture mpeg1 on the fly http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/smile.gif ... but this is still a great deal, i'd buy one for the hell of it. Actually, I placed my order shortly after it was first posted...

I called up the place and talked to some guy lee. I made sure it was $6 bucks each and I asked him why he said it was cause the got a good price on them. I asked him to tell me how much shipping would be and he told me he won't know until he goes out and weighs it on the scale. But he said I could call back this afternoon. I felt kind of sketchy about this so I called my bank, I have a check card, and had them flag my account for the purchase. I told them that if it is over 30 bucks or if they charge me twice flag it and don't let it happen. I guess we will se what happens.

Well, I received an e-mail from them stating my order was processed. They even assigned my order an order number. However, a few hours later, another e-mail arrived stating they were out of stock, and my order was cancelled.

Bummer!

I just got off the phone w/them, and got the ususal " we only had 25 of these cards and got 400 orders... " and was told that they would be sending out emails tommorow (tuesday) to everyone advising them weather or not they were going to get their cards. Seemed pretty straight forward and legit. I just wished that they would update their freakin inventory with the web page, so that if they were out of stock the order wouldn't go through, I mean HOW HARD CAN IT BE?? IF YOU ONLY HAVE 25 CARDS, ONLY TAKE 25 ORDERS!!! THEY ARE DOING THIS ON A COMPUTER FOR CHRIST SAKES ARENT THEY???
Anyway, thats it, out of my system. I know there's going to be "repercussions" from some people out there that didn't get their (5!) cards and get all pissed off and they'll probably lose there BBB rating and all that, which I think is unfair, oh well. (funny how it WILL be the people that ordered 5 cards are going to make the biggest stink!!)
