Totally agree Ppinch. I got excited(thinking a new coupon code). As far as CS, they are awsome. They ran out of my aged Armegnac. They substituted it for 2 smaller bottles(of the same kind)...a lot of other companies wouldn't bend over backwwards like that. "Yo-ho ho and a bottle of rum"...oh no...infected.

Its worst than most ecommerce, with this one, you have to be there to accept delivery.

Option #1 - send it to work. Prob: Do you want people at work to see you sending packages of hard liquor to yourself?

Option #2 - send it home. Prob: You're at work, so they refuse to deliver.

I do get the feeling that it's not going to be around much longer. I don't think it's totally related to it's shipping policy...in fact, I think that policy is dictated to them by law...
