Really neat toy! You write on the special paper just like a pen, then put the pen on the cradle and transfer the image that you wrote. I would love one of these things but at $200, I'd rather put the money towards a PDA or something. I'd definatly buy one of these if they were around $30.

yeah man, those things are neat. i think some ibm "thinkpads" use that technology and there are kits for taking notes etc on pda's.

-jel:halo: i think that pda thing is a seiko smart pad. it copies everything you write on a 50 sheet legal pad, or the new version works with smaller note pads. cool stuff.

Now, if there were just good software for digitizing the “digitized” scrip, it would be perfect. It would be something along the lines of Apple’s old Newton handwriting recognition software, but more accurate.
