watching MSNBC now. ..they just announced the woman took a FATAL shot under a covered home depot parking lot. This is hectic. I'm starting to get scared myself. I hope they get this guy/gal soon.
When the reward gets big enough I'm sure his brother-cousin will rat him out.
thanks for the update...
Monday Night Football

Joy...
see my location and you know why...
edit: not to make light of the situation, but I'm watching a live press conference with reporters and I can't believe how many times they'll ask the same %$@% question. "Where was the shot fired from? How far? From what distance? Where was the shot fired from?"...grrr
Do the press really think they're helping?

FALLS CHURCH, Va. (AP) - An FBI (news - web sites) analyst who assessed terrorist threats was identified Tuesday as the ninth person killed by the Washington-area sniper, shot in the head in an attack investigators say has yielded the most detailed clues yet in the hunt for the gunman.
For the first time, witnesses were able to give information about license plates on vehicles seen fleeing the scene, including a light-colored Chevrolet Astro van with a burned-out rear taillight.
A law enforcement official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said another witness gave a description of a dark-skinned, possibly Hispanic or Middle Eastern, man in a white van.

Because ppl with information or the accomplice might wait it out til it comes a whole helluva lot. Without a cap, those same ppl will sit on their thumbs and struggle between if the additional money they could receive is worth another few ppl dying if they just wait long enough for that "sweet" spot money-wise.

Screw a reward.. What kind of country is this where people want to benefit off of other's deaths.. Sick if you ask me. They should give the person who turns them in a 50 dollar gift certificate to Burger King.. Complete with paper crown.. Then they can be king for a day!
Only thing this sniper is doing is proving to America that the Al'Qaida can get anyone, at anytime and that we should all hide inside our houses and never come out.. Thus rendering the US helpless and afraid.
Bah.. blow everyone up already and be done with it..

LMAO... :bigmouth: :heh: oh man... good stuff.
anyway... i think its good that they capped it off, and basically i dont think the reward is necessary, but knowing how our country is, and how the people think, u know that the cash'll push them a lil to turn the guy(s) in. so in a way its good, and good thing that they capped it.
