Dell Rebates - RebateStatus.com

I went to rebatestatus.com and it still says "no rebate found" after I type in my info. (It's been 2 weeks since I sent my rebate out.)

Anyone know what might be causing this?

They are slow and sometimes it will never show up. The rebate for my Dimension never showed up, I had to keep calling them about it. I did finally get it though.

Or you can send them an email online... But it is much easier to call and get an instant response...

I never got my $250 rebate from them months and months ago, and they kept giving me the run around, so I finally got fed up and complained to Dell, which credited me directly... And no, the rebate never showed up in the mail, even though they claimed they mailed it.

I hope you made copies, cuz with DELL - you ALWAYS have to bug them.

ok. after i posted my last message about them being responsive (about 5 minutes ago), i went to their website to check on the status of my rebate. it still wasn't there after about 2 months. wtf? so i got up to go do something and the check was sitting in my inbox here at work. hehe....$150.....what can i blow this on? i told myself it would go in the checking account to pay off bills but the x-box is on sale and.....lol....

can someone post the email contact for both dell and rebatestatus so I can shoot an email.. waiting on a $100 dell rebate for a dimension purchased back in july :-/

for rebate status, you just go to www.rebatestatus.com and fill out the info. if you are not in the system, there is a "contact us" form that i used. they responded very quickly.
