Miramar Airshow?

Any of you SD Apexers going to the Miramar airshow this weekend? Contemplating doing the drive down.

I wish I had the time to go. I'm like 20 mins away . . . Hmm that must be why I heard so many jets today, thought they were doing something more serious, but guess just practicing.

My friend works in that tall building on Broadway... The one that has a pyramid top to it. He said he was the Blue Angels do a practice run.

Yeah, well its only about 5 minutes or so away, but I think once is enough. I went to it 4 years ago..I thought it was pretyt cool. However it was my second air show, and I had seen all these planes in action before.

Another thing is that the blue angels are cool, but to be honest, I get really tired of watching the blue angels flying over my house every day a couple times a day.

I work in La Jolla so today I got to see a bunch of jets fly by. It was pretty awesome. Supposedly tomorrow they are going to do a test run. I think I'll check that out but pass on the actual event.

I saw a LOT of jets today. It was really loud. But, I think I'm going to the airshow. I'll definatly bring ear plugs.
