Maybe someone knows this...
I've been looking for a dual slot 1 motherboard for 2 PIII 450 chips. Do they even exist?

or you can try to find an Intel, I have a nightshade board and it works great in my server. The only main problem to be aware of is that most server boards did not have a AGP slot in a dual slot 1 board. If you need AGP, then go with DF's suggestion. If you are in SoCal, you can probably pick one up from places like Centrix, do a search on pricewatch and they usually pop up. I have bought from them before and it wasn't a bad experience and the prices are descent too

I have a BP6 dual Celeron board I used as a mail server. I maxed out the supported processor speed of 533Mhz and then proceeded to OC them to 627Mhz. It worked well for me and I didn't need to reboot for a couple months at a time (NT4).
