how did you verify these site?

i see eCost.com on your list but i just bought something from them, submitted a reimbursement from pointclick.com and got this email:

Thank you for emailing PointClick. We have denied your request because the
merchant you have purchased with is not a current merchant on the PointClick
network. We apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused you. Have a
good day.

I checked Pointclick and couldn't find Onvia anywhere in the site. Does this mean that the $45 off $200+ deal is no longer valid?

I don't know why they denied you, I got this list off there reimbursement request form. Is the site is listed on there form I don'' see how they can refuse you. You might want to call them.

Onvia.com is on there site but there is no shortcut. You must fill out a reimbursement request after you make the purchase.

Date Type Status Requested Discount + Applied Account Amount = Total
7/22/00 Purchase approved $10.82 $1.08 + $0.15 = $1.23

This is my last request just a few days ago so I know it still works. I know it's only a buck twenty three but a bucks a buck. I have one in request right now and I will let you know if it goes through, but it should.
