Warcraft 3 ladder match ups....READ!

[Blitz]

Welcome to the First Ever Warcraft 3 tournament presented to you by Got|Apex? !!!

Here I present to you the match ups for the tournament, mind you they are randomly chosen. There will be 2 divisions of 4, yes 4! Some could not play so we have a total of 8 competitors. The two divisions are code-named Goblin and Dracula. Here are the match ups for the Divisions:

Game 1-Goblin Division

Ladogaboy VS. Corsec
Sleepminded VS. SnowSurfer

Game 1-Dracula Division

Blitz VS. Dafunkyunit
Sir_Froggy VS. Maarchk

Each winner from Goblin Division of game one will then fight each other to the death. The same goes for Dracula Division. Whom ever comes on top of the second round will then fight the winner of the opposing division. The 2 competitors will recieve prizes but only one will recieve the grand prize.:heh:

Here are some things to remember:

-Game 1 for each competitor will be 1 round
-Game 2 for each competitor will be best out of 3
-Game 3 for each competitor will be best out of 3

-Held on Saturday after Halloween (will check, think its Nov. 2nd)
-Time: anytime durring Saturday for first matches, second and third will be arranged with both opponents that night.

Rules:
1.Reff must be observing the game at all times.
2.No hacking/exploiting of anykind will be tolerated.
3.You are allowed to play your match early, contact your opponent and set a time with a reff present.
4.Only 1v1 ladder maps are allowed for the tournament, the opponents must agree on one map or the reff will randomly pick for them.
5.You must meet in a designated chanel beforehand with the reff.
6.Have fun and kick some arse:bonk:

It's all about "tude" people! It don't matter if you suck. Scare the pants off of them and they can't help but loose to your almighty "tude!"

Think about the mob...most mob guys are these little dudes who couldn't scare sissy little girls. You though two really big guys named Guido and a little smake talking "tude" out there and no sissy little girl will be able to stand up to you...there mom however, that might be another story.

What was I talking about? Right, "tude." You go into that game knowing that you can not only waste those pansies but any sissy little girl they bring with for protection! Just say "YES IT CAN!"

And you really have to say that in a deep manly voice or it just doesn't work out too well in your favor. Folks star laughing at you, make references to Gilbert Godfrey...just not good. So you go in there and show them what your made of!

They kept track of your individual stats too? :eek:

Damn, I should see how many minerals I used to mine back in my SC days, my hero usage, my individual game stats, map stats, recent games, ect...

I know that they had a ladder site, but this gives a complete statistical break down of everything. They even know how many bathroom breaks I take on average during my games. ;)

Seriously, though, it is a good tool, and the easiest way to figure out that Blitz is probably the best WC3 player in this tourney. :hmm:

This is a question to Blitz and to Sir_Froggy. Is it ok if myself and Sir_Froggy, if hes ok with that, play on friday night or evening? I know its ahead of the "tournament day" but i am supposed to be involved with some truck racing at the california speedway on saturday and they want me to spend the night... I know it may not work out and if you want i could play at like 6 am on sat... hehe but i dont know how concious either one of us would be... my IM is Maarchk, and i will try to find you tonight sir_froggy... and if its cool, please let me know.. i should be done saturday and back home at like 6:30-7 pm pst... i dont know when the 2nd round is beginning, (Looks at blitz :confused: ) but since we only have to play one game, maybe we could squeeze it before the secondary rounds?

I mean, I really want to make this a "real" tournament but not everyone is avaliable on sat....I told you guys a head of time, way ahead of time. Thats the rule set and stone, sorry. Next tournametn will be held better.

Alright everyone, meet in chanel gotapex on warcraft 3..all one word nothing else. Thank the lord im feelin alot better, only threw up about 5 times today. :D I think a nap for 12 hours did the trick. Post in here, either we can meet in the chanel at 5 and get things rolling or at 8. Either one is fine, will check forum again in 40 mins at 450 to see whats up. peace....gona go wash my mouth or something

I think that sometimes it is better to play some of the "brainless" map settings games, e.g. trench wars, aeon, td, etc., because you don't have to concentrate as much. Honestly, playing 1v1 or teams is really intensive for me.
