I still prefer my Commodore 128

I had two 5.25" disk drives!!!!

I learned to copy disks and use cracking software at the age of 6 or 7

:)

I still have a Vic 20, C-64, C-128 and C-128D (and a bunch of tape and floppy disk drives). I also have an original IBM XT and keyboard. It still works!

What's sad is I was using a 386sx 25mhz 1MB upgraded to 4MB from 89-95. Imagine the pain and agony whenever people talked nonsense gibberish about having the "Internet" and such when I was stuck with no modem, no sound and Windows 3.1. Oh, the heartache that it brings.

Anyways, I finally threw the POS away last year, too much of a hassle. Now the 486 I used from 95-98, it's sitting in the garage waiting to become a cheap Linux server, maybe.

Back to the topic, that Tandy brings back memories.

I think we still have the PC clone XT from way back in the 80's. Brings back memories of playing EA Sport's Golf in monochrome. Jeez.

As for old disk drives, I think I may still have the cassete tape drive for the old Atari's with the keyboard. Was it the 8200? Anyways, waiting to play Jungle Hunt was like watching the grass grow. Waiting for eternity and then some to have a stick figure jump across pits and swing on vines. Man. Memories.

atari 800 had these. we used to have one. it was awesome i loved that thing. later we moved on to a 286. I used to love plaing california games. kicking that hacky sack at that damn bird was awesome. I wonder if there is a newer version of that game floating around the net. I wanna hit that bird one last time.

what ever happened to epyx software anyway?
