View Full Version : Save as on IE 6.0

I'm using Windows XP and surfing on IE 6.0. Everytime I try to Save As from the web, the only thing I can save as is a bitmap. This sucks, especially when trying to save an animated Gif. Is there a way around this annoying problem?

Clear your cache (Tools -> Internet Options... -> Delete Files...)

I don't know why it works, but I do know it works. The same solution also applies when View -> Source just stops working.
That's Microsoft for ya. :rolleyes:
