What is the best place to buy DVDs online?

I am thinking about buying quite a few DVDs and want to know what is the best place to buy them from. I have already used most if not all of Buy.com's promotions so I am trying to find other sites with good deals.

Due to the lack of Dvd deals, I've found that the best place to get some is Columbia House. Check the Columbia House dvd deal threads for more details or go to www.dvdtalk.com (http://www.dvdtalk.com) and check out their out deal boards. You'll find a very comprehensive thread(s) on the CH dvd deal.

All the different sites out there have a deal going on at sometime.

I've got to second the NetFlix plug. Unless you're just building a collection, I think it's the best deal. Most movies aren't worth watching more than once anyway. And if you want to see it again, just rent it a second time. Their rentals are for an unlimited amount (only 4 out at any one time, so there is a REAL limit, factoring mailing time and such), so if you like to watch a lot of movies and hate going to the store to pick from 50 DVDs, this it the bomb. Just my $.02.

If you like Clubs look for the Columbia House Deals. I found that they are the best ( you can average down the cost of 1 dvd to around 6$ ) I dont have a current code, but I think that if you search the forum you will find one. ( if not here also try www.dvdtalk.com (http://www.dvdtalk.com) )

Yeah...columbia house is probably one of the best places...netflix is best though if you're a movie afficiado (sp?).

Hmm, think this might be up my alley.

S2, if you have used all the available buy.com links. You need to use the Amazon HARRYPTTRSPC coupon giving you $10 off $20 purchase (expires 8/1/00). Now be sure that you also get referred by someone to Amazon so that you can get the $5 referral coupon. These are both promotional coupons. They are one time use coupons.

Secondly, the mention of the Columbia House deal is great for newbies. You can get DVDs for around $10 which is great. Thanks a lot for the information. I think that the NetFlix looks like a good option. Coincidentally, I just recieved an information brochure thing from them in the mail yesterday. I will be sure to check it out.

The best internet code for Columbia House is 'FVT'. The phone code everyone is using is 'HMA'. Everyone is right about going to dvdtalk.com's forums and doing a little research. I joined under both of the codes above and did well. You can buy some $40-$50 dvd on this deal for a buck and sell them on ebay like I did for around $25. It is helping pay for my growing collection.
