I am using Flooz for the 1st time and also want to use a coupon at BN.com
anything I need to know?
I was given a Free $10 flooz for something and need to redeem it. Do I have to "add" to my flooz account for the remainder of the $$ is that how it works?
and If I "spend" this gift 1st I probably will not be able to do the send $50 get $25 deal, right?

I have not used Flooz at Barnes and Noble, but I DID use it at Toys R Us, with a coupon I believe. Flooz is a method of payment, not a coupon. You should be able to use the coupon and then select Flooz as your payment option instead of VISA and enter your Flooz account number. If your order costs more than you have in Flooz, you should be able to pay the remainder with a credit card.

as long as uve never sent flooz before, u are still eligible for their promotion. ive used flooz many many many times. only had trouble once or twice but that was due to the fault of the vendor not flooz.

I believe the spend $50.00 get $25.00 promotion is over. I don't see it at their web site anymore. Please correct me if I am wrong.

if you want to build up your Flooz account, find someone you trust and send them $50 (you get $25). then have them send you $50 back. you both gain $25 for your $50. if you use that $10/$30 bn.com deal, you're getting a deal. I did the same thing with my brother back when AmericanGreetings.com was doubling your Flooz (send $50, they receive $100).
with Flooz, watch for the fine print. I opened my account when Flooz was giving everyone $10 to register and when I tried to do that Send$50Get$25 deal, they didn't follow through with it because the fine print said ya can't do it if you took advantage of any free Flooz offers before. I was waiting around for them to credit my account and finally had to call them to complain. then they told me I wouldn't get any Flooz back.. nice of them to let me know.. after they'd already charged my cc. I just made a fuss and they canceled the order for me instead (had to call up my brother and tell him my Flooz gift was being retracted). at least their CS is responsive though.
