mac users - IE got|apex? link

I was bored at work this morning. I am off to class now.

Just a little curious, how'd you make it? (the image) I like it a little. I really liked the drag and drop simplicity. I'm not sure I'll keep it there.

simply an image with a url assigned to it. nothing too complex. Mac IE allows the dragging and dropping of it from the page to the toolar. The alt tag defines the title of the image.

The actual image is a chopped screen capture of the pinstripes in OS X as well as a chop of the image that appears on the preformance analysis graphs from reviews.

I know that you made this for you and not for me but if I may offer a small critism (sp?) I'd rather it linked to the forums because that is where I am going 80% of the time.

modified. Changed the colors for the forums link, but since i just have a lo res original image to work with, it looks kinda poor.

Coo! :thumbup: too bad I rarely us ie. I'm really digging chimera right now but mozilla is still more reliable. Odd thing though, chimera and mozilla run .mac a lot better than ie. IE keeps on crashing on me when I'm playing around on my .mac account. And I'm on the newest version. . . oh well.

Which browser do you think is fastest? I've noticed that IE is kinda slow :shrug:

chimera flies, but its still kinda incomplete and i get it to crash more than i want it to

Omniweb is ok, but the nagware with it made mw stop using it at 4.0

Opera is ok

iCab great browser with a few bugs (stopped using it because bugs with the beta dates expiring)

Netscape - I couldnt tell you, cuz i dont use it

Kinda slow is an understatement. Sometimes it takes twice or more longer to load a page in ie over chimera. Chimera is REALLY speedy, just a lil' odd, will crash once in a while. I've been using it for about 3 weeks or so and its crashed on me randomly maybe 5 or 6 times. Mozilla seems to be almost as fast but is a lot more stable. I like opera. . . on windows but somehow I didn't like it on mac not sure why and funny thing is I hate mozilla on windows :shrug: I dunno what it is, but Definiely hoping that rumor apple is in the mix of a new browser and could be based chimera, would be sweet.

I like chimera and omniweb. Chimera's faster yet crashes more often. I don't mind since tabbing is great. Omniweb has more java problems.
