Pic next to your name?

Can someone tell me how to put a pic next to my name in a forum post? I know this doesn belong here but figured it is alomst a deal.

uhm,not exactly a deal but.. at the top of the forum, click user cp, and then profile. you can select an avatar. To get your custom avatar, you must have 2000+ posts.

sometimes, if you're a troll (or have a username that is just asking for a custom avatar) you can get a custom after one 2 or 3 posts :D
