It is really weird. Whenever I placed an order, its email always said this:
thank you for shopping at Staples.com!
Unfortunately we are unable to process your order for delivery at this time. If
you would like to complete this transaction, you can purchase these items at your local Staples Store.

yeah...i get a different thing with my account. i think i abused it too much when the staples coupons first came out, so they froze it. so i get the emails and ads and such, but when i click thru to order something, my orders won't go thru. gess they don't like me.

I am under the impression that
staples limits the amount of coupons a customer can use or that the only coupons that work all the time are the free paper coupons.

hmm... I don' t know have only placed 3 orders with them so far, no problms
but ya, if you use coupons twice, it should complain when you "submit coupons" page, not after you order??!!!!
call up CSR and find out.
maybe computer problems or somehthing.
hey they may give you something FREE if you get on there case about it

Yah, I got blackllisted with one of my accounts too. Just use a different phone number and email and you are all set. Cause apparently, their computers track you by your customer number (no one knows theirs) OR your phone number.

Yeah...happened to me before..not sure if I could ever use coupons again...i always place my orders by phone so I could use the dollars off combine with free product...
like the paper and the free TV deal.
I think they are pretty serious with their
coupon use policy now...so no more 90% off and free products deals anymore!
I received a postcard from them indicating their specials...and they aren't that great now...at most 10-15% off only!!
