ABC's showing Saving Private Ryan and NBC's showing Jurassic Park...

I forgot how much JP was such a good movie. Remember when it first game out? Wow, I thought that was the best movie. Great action, great dinosaurs, great music. hehehe...I'm getting old :D

The funny thing to note that NBC censored JP. Even the one swear "That's one big pile of s*it."

Meanwhile, ABC apparently couldn't care less. I believe every single f*cking word is in there, as I've already heard the words f*ck and sh*tty. Isn't there a rule that they can't say those on tv??

ESPN showed their homemade movie "Season on the brink" in which he swears every other word. It's cable so that might be different, but network TV????

I find the differences in the swearing policy to be most interesting...

I find the differences in the swearing policy to be most interesting... hmm... that's interesting... was it an ABC special event or anything? i remember when one network (i forget which one; yall can remind me) decided to air Schindler's List unedited and commercial free... milestone in my tv lifetime, cuz you heard all the cursing AND they left all the nudity in...

Yeah, if I remember correctly, it was played unedited and commercial free last night. I didn't watch (we have it on dvd, so...), so I am not 100% sure, but...
