so my bud, nodamnedsense, is one of the sweetest guys you'd ever want to meet, but he can have his head infuriatingly far up his butt sometimes. like, when his computer moniter was flipping in and out... he decided it must have a virus! the monitor! i had to WORK to convince him that he was wrong!!!!!!
then, he'll flip out over the wierdest things, and not tell anyone what's wrong... and when you finally get it out of him, and he tells you what's bothering him... you can only slap your head in frustration! because he's flipped out over nothing! like one time he was on edge for days... so we ask what's wrong... apparently, one day he suddenly decided he was going to have make a lot more money so he could get better health insurance so he could have a baby... and i had to bite my tongue to hold myself to simply saying "do you ever do any research about anything before you decide to work yourself into a tizzy?!?!?!" he has the same insurance i do... and its maternity coverage is wonderful and the network doctors are wonderful. i explain this to him. i show him the policy website. and he says...
(drumroll, please, because this is the REALLY maddening part...)
"oh. well, yeah, that's what i figured. i mean, of course it would have to be good coverage."
AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

yep, yep
i have a gf who gives it up too early into the relationship, if you know what i mean. she doesn't give it time to build up to that point.
i have told her to forget the guy respecting her after that, and it happens every time. she has a hard time keeping a bf because of it. you would think it would be the opposite.
WHY WON'T SHE LISTEN TO ME?
no, i am not giving out her number

I have a friend that TALKS and ALWAYS repeats what you say or she says or anyone for that matter like 50 million times. Then she finishes peoples sentences. I think it runs in her family, her older sister does the same thing. :banghead:
Then I have another friend that is ALWAYS negative about EVERYTHING no matter what. She complains that she doesn't have a boyfriend, she pushes guys outta her life, and says she will never find a boyfriend. Her life is going good right now, she is going to UCLA, is working, doing good in school, has a good working car, is doing fine financally, complains about the people she lives with who are nice enough to let her stay there so she doesn't have to drive like 2 hours to school.... it's like no matter what she ALWAYS has to focus on something negative....

My biggest pet peeve is my friends who use web diaries, blogs, livejournals, etc. to judge or complain about me (or anyone, really). One in particular tried to disguise it by using fake names, but anyone who knew ANYTHING about the people involved would know it was about me.
I find it to be a cowardly act. The blogger gets to say what they want and the accused gets no chance to defend him- or herself. If you've got a problem with me, tell ME and maybe I can explain or fix what's troubling you, but talk about me behind (or in front of) my back and you lose my respect.

There were some viruses that were known to attempt to destroy monitors by adjusting certain settings to ones that were know to do bad things. Now I'll grant you that any virus is certainly not in the monitor.

my one friend is an absolute VILE housekeeper..she has a glass coffee table with sh|t spilled all over it so badly you can't see through it..I don't even like going to her house to begin with as I get feeling "buggy"..but to not be rude I will occaisionally stop by..she always offers me a can of diet coke or something..she'll wash a cup with soap and hot water, dry it off, then hand me a coaster..I'm like WTF? apparently she doesn't want to get the bottom of her cup dirty from the coffee table.~
