what did you have for breakfast?
for breakfast, i had half a melon and a glass of milk... and for second breakfast i had a can of corn and three slim jims... and for elevensies i had lipton noodles in butter sauce and dora the explorer graham cookies and sugar free koolaid and carrotstix and dip. and then i kept eating but by then it was noon and so no longer in the "breakfast" category...
dr.pepper
milk
honey bunch's of oats
water (3)
booger king cheeseburger
that was consumed from about 6am to about 10am :)

from 7:30 to 11
1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, scrambled.
1 apple
4 whole wheat crackers w/peanut butter
1 protein bar
about 1/3 gallon of water

I lost track of time and ended up being rushed at home this morning, so I ended up eating half my lunch for breakfast once I got to work - a turkey sandwich.

We keep those Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches at work in the freezer. That is what I had this morning!

Breakfast? Whats that.... unless I am up really really early, I never eat breakfast. Generally, I dont even eat lunch until 1 or 2 in the afternoon. I think I just have a screwed up eating schedule.

1/2 CUP OF oatmeal
1 egg beater omelette with mushrooms and tomato
a piece of rye toast (with butter-yum!)
coffee, hot water with lemon and a spoonful of olive oil. :)

No breakfast
lunch - 2 chimichungas and 10 chicken finger thingys.
dinner - spageteti w/ pesto and marinara and breaded eggplant.

Carnation breakfast shake (the right way, with lots of ice and a splash of vanilla extract, whipped in my blender)

A big 'ole bowl of plain oatmeal with real maple syrup and some brown sugar thrown in, and a slice of the banana bread I baked last night.

1/2 cup of coffee before i spilled it (and now i got a new keyboard, but my scrolly wheel on my mouse doesn't work :()
and a cup of water
and a strawberry nutri-grain bar.

I had to fast this morning for some blood tests. When I was done, my dear husband, who took the day off to help me, made me a mushroom omelette, toast, and coffee.:)

You should talk to over clocked about getting one of those nice scrolling mousepads (http://www.gotapex.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=53328&highlight=mouse)
Also I had wheat chex and milk.
