I've got MS Office 97 Full Retail, never been opened, with all the documents and manuals.As well, I've got MS Office 2000 Professional Upgrade, opened to check contents (but never used). I really have no idea as to the price, what do you think would be fair (for both)?

Microsoft Office 97 Professional Edition Upgrade (this one is New, In Box) is cheapest $195. here (http://www.trustprice.com/as/product_details.cfm?ItemNo=MS-OF97U)
Going by that, could you make me an offer, because I'm not sure what the depreciation value of both of these are. Or I could trade for a nice laptop, PM me with specs? Cash will be thrown in on either end to even the deal.
