do have any idea how can I open a file which is in JWL format?

It may be from easy cd creator. A file from the jewel case designer. So you'll need easy cd to open the file. If its not that then its a library file from JustWrite.

Its adaptec easy cd creator Jewel case design format. I doubt there is anything important in that file ;-)
