they are selling em for $999. I have a used one I am willing to part with for 100 bucks.

on the issue of cellphones, i am an AT&T customer. According to them, my contract ends in July. They screwed me over with the "switch at any time with no penalties" plan where they dont charge you, instead they extend your contract.

Well, my service blows when inside my home area. I have gone through 4 phones in 20 months, and its just one royal pain in the ass. Their excuse is always "Well we are putting up more towers every day, so your problem will go away soon" or "we recommend you switching phones and getting this one for..."

Their customer service sucks and just piss me off. i need a way to cancel my contract without the damn 150 dollar fee they want to charge you.

once i figure out a way to do this, I will switch to t-mobile.

thanks

what the hell is so special about this phone that it costs a grand?

as far as getting out of your contract, call them every single time you have a problem with your service. make sure they notate your account with your complaint. after a few calls start suggesting that the contract should be voided because of consistent bad service.

if you paid for your phones out of your own pocket it will be a lot easier than if they paid any amount of it. if they paid any portion of the costs of your phones they will be more reluctant to drop your contract until they have at least broken even on you. the only thing to do is try.

It says it can be used on three different carriers...uhmmm..u mean I can get a phone that can be used by ATT, Sprint and T-Mobile??

Yah I don't see the justification for a non-color phone.
