I think it's time to "accidentally" loose the connection. Because your foot hit the jack and broke it, then you couldn't get it plugged in again.

:P Yup. We had an eleven minute (yes, 11) outage and got ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY CALLS!!! All just to confirm that, yes, there was an outage. :|

Job security is one thing, but this is ridiculous.
