I'm moving up there next year (hopefully) and was just curious if anyone lived up there. Plus, I'm visiting next month and wouldn't mind maybe a tour.

Also, anyone attend Sacramento State?

Timing is off.

I have the great displeasure of admitting that I'm from Sacramento.. If you need any help or directions..

I don't go to Sac State, but I know a few that do.. So just let me know if you need anything.

Well thanks! And why is it something horrible to admit? That bad?

Nah.. not bad at all.. I was just born here and lived here most of my life so it's getting pretty old to me.. I think it's a pretty good place to live (for now.. at least until it starts getting even bigger).. Like I tell everyone, Sacramento is a little Los Angeles, but is catching up really fast due to all the people from the Bay Area moving here..

We'll see if it stays as nice.. but for the meantime it's a good place to live.. just not for more than 20 years I'd say.. heh.

make sure you find this little burger joint called "jim dennys." its near the convention center. i went there like 5 years ago so i dunno if it's still around, but i ate the dang best burger in my life there. a homeless guy suggested it to me and my friends.

Well hey, anywhere you live will get boring after 20 years. That's why I was so glad to move where I am now (another part of So. Cal, but still different). I can't wait to go up there and try out another new place.
