This article from the latest issue of Business2.0 describes in detail how terrorists are obtaining funds by counterfeiting money. It is an excellent article, but I can't believe the information that they provide to show how money can be duplicated.

I used to work as a teller back in my college days and I'd have to say that the worst counterfeiting job I have ever seen consisted of a photocopied $20 bill that was colored with green crayon. :hmm:

All you need is a photo copier (color), some thicker printing paper and a dumb 7-11 clerk.. just don't print anything higher than 10s.. duh.. idiots..

dislaimer: I have never created or used (to my knowledge) any phony currency.. this is my observation and suggestions.

hmm.. can i be a co-conspirator for my suggestion?!?! hmm.. oh well..

This is like if they were to explain how to make a bomb in the movie The Sum of All Fears :heh: .

TommyB used to carry a $1 million dollar bill in his wallet printed from a black and white laser printer and colored with color pencils. There were numerous times when people stopped us and asked him if it was real. Even after a quick inspection some still thought it was real and thought that he was ballin and walking around with a million dollars in his pocket.

There was a post here a while ago, where a KFC took a $200 bill.
