View Full Version : EP2 on IMAX!
We have 3 IMAX theaters in the Seattle Area, and one of them is showing EP2 over the next few days. I am SO there!

I've never seen a hollywood movie on an IMAX screen, but i imagine it wouldn't be too good. Its great for documentries and scenery flicks where the picture surrounds you, but for a movie where you pretty much have to see the whole picture i think it would be too big.

actually, i heard they modified the movie so it would look nice on Imax

I saw Apocalpsye Now redux on Imax and that was very sweet. Missed the showing of the Matrix which would have been amazing. This is in SF.

I'm sorry, but EP2 just ROCKED on the iMAX screen.. the sound was incredible and if I wasn't sober, I would have been freaking out it was so cool..
... hmm maybe I should get unsober and go see it again.. heh

Well, you definitely wouldn't catch me waiting in line a month in advance for the premiere, that's for sure. Especially after seeing what Triumph did to those uber-geek's at the "EP2" premiere :hihi:
I figured it was something like that but I just don't understand why it would be abbreviated like that :shrug:
