wow, there are some pretty crazy claims being made in some cases on this site. one person is trying to claim payment of $3.50 for an ebay auction! hahaha

Someone took my friend to small claims court over an ebay auction. He accidentally bid on something and didn't realize that you could retract and it was an expensive item. He thought he clicked on a different item but didn't and the guy took him to small claims court and won because when you bid you are binding a contract so u must pay. My friend had to pay but when he resold he made 50 bucks. It was an autographed beach boys record.
