I do agree ...however sometimes it is nice to get some free stuff or little gifts from above :angel: ...even if they are someone else's mistakes :angry:

I tend to feel really bad for the employee who made the mistake, cause you know the poor guy got reamed for it when his manager found out what happened!! heck, he just lost the store hundreds of dollars of merchandise... that can't possibly go over well! :(
