If you received but didn’t use this weekend’s (12/6-12/8) snail mail coupons from BestBuy, there’s one in there for 10% off TV’s $299 & up. They’re B&M only coupons, so you’ll have to go to the store. Price is still pretty good even without the additional 10% off. The rebate is good for the whole week.

32” Magnavox Stereo TV, Model# MS3250C

$339.99 - $34 (10% off coupon) - $40 MIR = $265.99 final cost

Link to TV and rebate form (http://www.bestbuy.com/Detail.asp?m=1&cat=24&scat=26&e=11051199)

Somebody could have a VERY merry holiday season at this price! Ho ho ho!

You forgot tax.

Intelligent comment. I’m sure that most of the people who subscribe to this forum aren’t smart enough to figure that out. You should follow such an insightful commentary with a list of sale tax rates and corresponding amounts for all 50 states, the District of Columbia and all Canadian provinces. Also calculate an average projected time and mileage cost for each US and Canadian store based on population demographics.

And please do the same for the other previous 100,000+ posts in this forum that failed to do said calculation. A MUCH better use of your time… and ours.

Welcome aboard Ensign. This place needs helpful people like you.

Thanks for all that bs that you had to edit to get straight. You said "final cost" which it's not and some idiots might think that's the cost.

For those of us who can speak and/or write in whole sentences, the editor is a tool that has been included for members to correct typos or to add additional information. Having it available is generally considered a good thing by most. And I’ve never met a member here that even remotely qualifies as an “idiot”… well, at least not until VERY recently.

But I must admit, I’ve unfairly used the high quality of postings by all other new members as a basis of comparison. So I’d like to apologize to you in front of God and everyone for my over lofty expectations.

BTW: For anybody sending in the rebate, the REAL “final cost” will also include 37 cents for a postage stamp (in the USA), a few pennies for an envelope, and the use of some printer consumables to make a copy for your records.

Not sure why anyone would want one of these. As the screen size gets bigger, even the smallest flaws get magnified. I'd rather get a better TV in a smaller size. But that's just me.
