i work in a cardiology lab. my boss was quoted in the LATimes last week. i take care of the mouse colony. sometimes i kill mice. i see a bunch of cute baby mice. there are a lot of mice. all around. so many. if there was an earthquake and all of them fell over and opened up, there'd be thousands of mice running around. yupp.

Senior Principal Systems Engineer for the Backbone Systems Management & Engineering Group of Infonet Services Corporation (whew!).

I mainly work on ATM, Frame Relay and MPLS gear. I just recently became a certified Ciena engineer for their optical gear and have now been chosen to be the lead SONET/SDH engineer for our company. (yet another thing I have to do - yay.)

As for what Infonet does, linkage. (http://www.infonet.com)

You shouldn't have said that. We've been looking for a replacement for TLG since forever. Be expecting professional advice quite regularly ;)

marketing communications coordinator. i manage a brand and am in charge of all of our email marketing. (don't worry, that DOESN'T mean spam. all of the subscribers and opted in for the content.) i'd have to say i like my job. specially now. we're launching our newly redesigned website next tuesday and i'm in charge of the launch. press releases, web press conference, advertising, banner ads, rich-text emails, etc. it's fun designing the marketing of the site but i have a TON of work to do. (so why am i wasting time posting here???)
