I have this 1ghz duron. I was wondering if it'll work on an older motherboard. The cpu b4 it fried was a t-bird 800. All i know about the motherboard is that it was an Asus.
I am worried if it'll work or not because AMD made two types of Durons. I think the diff was in the voltages. The one i have is a 1.75 V .. and i believe the older ones were either 1.5 or 1.6
