fortuneless fortune cookie

so tonight i got chinese takeout food (because once again, it's 10:30 and i'm still at work :()

anyway, i opened my fortune cookie and there was no fortune inside. it was just empty. this strikes me as a bad omen. what do you guys think?



(btw, no, i don't really think my life is suddenly going to get worse because i got a fortune cookie without a fortune. it just struck me as funny because the whole point of the cookie is to get the fortune..... :hmm: )

I have had that happen as well. rather funny. Even worse was when me and my friend got the same fortune.....

you know what else i hate? it's when i get a "fortune cookie" that doesn't really have a "fortune" inside... it says something like "you are a wonderful person with many loving friends." i read that and i'm like "that's nice; i already knew that." that's more like a STATEMENT cookie...

and sometimes i just get these really bizarre ones that honestly don't make ANY sense no matter how you interpret them...
