Hard Drive problem?

All was fine, I restart the computer after some windows updates....bios recognizes all the harddrives, but doesn't recognize my Raid-0 array. It then proceeds to tell me that there is a disk error..blah blah...basically because it doesn't think that there is a raid array anymore so it's trying to boot off of just one hard drive. I ran the little Western Digital program that boots off a disk and it searched both drives and found no errors. Also, I cannot set up another raid array because that would have to delete the data off of both the hard drives (it recognizes that there is "valid" partitions on them). Is there any way to get me up and running again without having to reformat both the drives, or at least a way to save the data from them onto another drive before reformatting? thank you.

*btw I'm running an ABIT kx7-33R with the high point raid controller
