CD-Rs Cheap!

Ok, for some reason i was at Wal-Mart and I saw in the elcetronics department for $9.99 they had a 50 pack of CD-Rs. 1x-32x 700 Meg, 80 Min. Not a bad deal for media these days especially since there are no MIR, unfortunatly i have a 48x burner. This is instore only and i couldnt find online, Sorry. Also i forget the brand.

Cool, thanks for the info, tho I have a 40x, so it won't do me much good. Another sucky thing is I went in on one of those rebate deals a few months ago and now I have 100 16x CDRs... almost makes upgrading pointless...what would happen if u burned faster than the rating? ;) And does the brand name really matter that much?

I got a pack of 200cdrs of a 4X rating like 2 years ago and i still use some of them today on my 40x burner. and i have no problems at all.

bah, not cheap enough for me to go to walmart. hell, i wouldnt go to walmart if they gave em away free without rebate
