Anyone else have it besides me? I can usually snap myself out of it, but tonight it just ain't workin.

Where can I get one of those light boxes?

i don't know if i actually have SAD, but i know i'm a heck of a lot happier when the sun is shining.

OC, lay back, close your eyes, and imagine you are on the beach with only the sound of the surf and seagulls. the sun is shining high in the blue sky, and there is not a cloud in sight. you are just right warm and checking out the scenery ;)

does that help at all? :) Thanks nickel, that was sweet. :) Yes, it helped some. As usual, the weatheridiots were wrong and we did have some sun earlier today, so that helped a lot.

I've found that having a halogen lamp helps a bit...I really like the light those things give.
