This player really rocks!!
I've been using this one for about a month and i'll never go back to heavy, useless portable cd players. No skipping, firmware upgradeable and even a voice recorder!! I bought it for 59.99 a month ago!! This thing weighs practically nothing, to be exact a measly 28grams. The sound it delivers is absolutely fantastic. It even has visualizations and reads the id3 tag in mp3 files. Another great feature, the battery (1 AA) really lasts for about 18hours playing time!! They claim it'll run for 20hrs on one battery but 18hrs is fine with me. Heck, even the headphones they provide are great.
The one downpoint, only 32Mb of memory. If u dont want more than an hour of music on the go, this is perfect for u!!
Rio does not match this player in any way. Rio is definitly heavier and does not deliver the crisp and high-quality sound the iRiver provides.
For 24.99 this is certainly worth it!
