I need some cute, CHEAP stocking stuffer ideas for Josh. I have a couple of books that will go in, and he needs some new toothpaste & a new toothbrush, so those will go in as well. Probably a package of undies & socks, too, just for filler. I need some small, cheap ideas for the rest, though, if you creative people can help. :)

i worked at kb toys for awhile.
i went back in last week and every one was buying those .. umm.. the mimi rc cars with remotes.
i mean the really really small ones.
those are very popular this year.
i think they are like 20 bucks or something.

Wow, umm, thanks but that is WAY more expensive than I was thinking. :) DF is more on the money with the Hot Wheels cars. I was thinking $1-$2 a piece. heh I already have all his presents bought, so... :) Thanks though!

And yeah, DF, I thought of those. :) I don't remember how much you can get them for, but probably 2 or 3 will end up in there. hehe

Target has hot wheel cars for like .52 cents or something like that, but they are cheaper then normal, I know that.
How about a like 8 pack of crayons or just little things from the 99 cent store?

Oh, nice, maybe I'll check Target first for the hot wheels. And yeah, I was thinking crayons and maybe a coloring book (although those are getting damn expensive!). You know, I'm not even sure we HAVE a 99 cent store! We have like Dollar General, but not quite the same thing... I'll have to try and think. lol

And kb0wwp, that was hysterical! :heh:

Coal! Lots and lots of coal! It's cheap.

Ok, rule #1: Anyone that puts underwear in a Christmas stocking gets nothing but coal on Christmas for at least 3 years. Toothbrush and toothpaste is pushing it, but acceptable because it is a reminder to take care of their teeth with all the christmas candy. But underwear is not an acceptable option.

Ok, things for filling stockings: nuts, citrus (oranges, tangerines), an apple, plumbs, figs, dates, candy, small toys (bag of marbles, travel games, cards, matchbox cars, etc...), art and drawing supplies, pencls, shaped erasers, more candy, snow globes, figurines, boxed Athlon MP 2800+ processor (or just mail that to me), batteries, more batteries, small radio, an inexpensive wallet, combs, brushes, bubble bath soap, fun shaped soaps, and many other things that ARE NOT UNDERWEAR or SOCKS!!!

I got Brayden some silly-string-like soap spray in a three pack at Walmart for 3 bucks. (They also had some soap finger paints if Josh likes to play in the bathtub.) Hmmm, what else...B loves M&M's, so he'll get some of those. Santa, I mean Daddy, bought him a skate board (against my better judgement) so I may throw in some stickers so he can decorate it. (Do boys do that?)

What about McDonalds gc's? My kids would love that, since I hardly ever take them there. Maybe a little card game, or flash cards? They were always a hit with Ashley. Have fun shopping!

LOL @ Grimm! :P

And yeah, Kim, I'm thinking alphabet flashcards and some bath crayons. :)

Thanks for the suggestions, all. :D
