Is Newegg.com any good to buy from?

I just wanted peoples opinions on purchasing from Newegg.com. I figured that if anyone here has purchased from them...they could share their opinion concerning the transaction.

NewEgg rocks. My #1 choice for computer components. I'll buy from NewEgg even if it's a couple dollars more somewhere else, just because I know if I have a problem they'll make it right. A 9.58 lifetime rating on ResellerRatings.com (http://www.resellerratings.com/seller_info.pl?seller_id=2121) can't be too bad!

Yep newegg is great. Fast shipping, great csr and fair return policies. I live in CA and have to pay sales tax and don't mind since their service is excellent.

I've dealt with newegg and have always had good results, even when I had a CPU fan problem they shipped me a new one no questions asked.

I once tried to call and order something and they were pretty much clueless. :shrug: They will accept orders only via the web, which sucks, but aside from that...well I don't know, when they wouldn't take my order I called someone else.

I have made 6 purchases via newegg. Even though they are in California and I get taxed, they are still worth it because of their prices and excellent service. Simply stated, they rock. :thumb:

Another vote over here for Newegg...they rock!

There was one time that I fried my little brother's T-bird by not putting on the heatsink correctly and it was already past the 30 warrenty. Newegg replaced the chip with no problems!

I've ordered from there multiple times (both little orders and big ones) and they have never done me wrong.
