i went to the forums and this is what i see

wtf is that downloads thing, when i point at it, it turns pale blue but i cant click. i guess its not a link but the weird thing is i just made a button like that for my webserver page. howd it end up on G|A? i know it only shows on mine but howd it get there??? weirdness
i have the most jumbled paragraphs ever, and my GED writing test is tommorow, ugh.
