Ok, all you in CALI, it's a long hike so sorry to bother you, but everyone in Florida: Deland Ford service has really gone all out to make things right for us and I wanted to post it where they won't see it but some of their competitor's buyers might. We came from Texas with a 2002 Escape that had some serious computer stalling issues and these guys did their best to fix the problem. We drove down from Daytona Beach (past two Ford dealerships btw) based on another person's recommendation. Well, the problem resurfaced after 6 months and they didn't try to deny responsibility, they said bring it in and let's tackle the problem head on! I like these folks because the really want to help. When you call them (which, btw, they ALWAYS call you first) they are either instantly available or return your call quickly and they are very concerned that you understand what they fixed on your vehicle not just that they fixed it. Great folks. Their number is - 386-775-1000 and they aren't but 30 minutes from Orlando. Worth every minute for us from Daytona Beach, I assure you!
