is there ANY place in the continental US that will be warm (~80 degrees) during new years? i'm thinking about spontaneously booking a flight somewhere warm that's <$200.

Key West...but I don't think you can get there from L.A. for $200.

Key West....love that place.....
the ocean, narrow streets, 'lots of eats, and mega amounts of bars/clubs and oh yeah, IT'S WARM! :D

You can usually get a dirrect flight to Miami from just about anywhere, and at a discounted rate from southwest airlines. Happy New Year:drums:

200 bucks or less? unless you take the bus you againt getting to Florida for 200 bucks or less.
My mom is talking me and my fiance to go to Miami with her on a cruise...the cruise is $300 bucks which is an awesome deal. But the plane ticket is $500. I think I'll pass.
