this isn't a huge problem...but it is quite irritating. recently my family got a cable modem, so i decided to set up a part wired and part wireless network to share the connection. everything seems to work fine except for one thing. on my wireless connected computer, precisely once every minute it will stop sending or receiving any information whatsoever for about 2 seconds...then continue. the whole time the signal strength is "excellent". this isn't much of a problem while downloading or surfing the net, but while playing a game like CS, it is extremely bothersome. is this a problem that all wireless networks have, and is there a way to fix it? I'm going to try to switch channels, doubt that will help, but it's worth a try. I'm not using any encryption (I have it set up to just allow the specific computer name and mac address on the wireless network), and I'm using a Netgear MA101 usb wireless adapter and a Netgear something or another wireless router.

Are you O/cing? I found that my NIC card didn't like it if I moved the FSB past 144mhz. I guess the increased bus speed affects certain devices more/faster than others.

yes I am overclocked, but, I'm using the 1/5th divider with a 166 FSB so the frequency to all pci devices and whatnot hasn't changed, and I don't know if that effects USB devices.

Heres a pic of what I'm talking about...notice it just dies one time every minute for a couple seconds
