Found this on another deals site. Check it out.

The five dollars is for their catalog. At the site it says $5.00 dollar gift certificate, but many people who have already done this deal, say that it is a $10.00 GC that you will get. This deal has been spotted in a magazine also, and the magazine says $10.00 GC. The tote is worth $5.00. Would make a great Christmas gift. I just ordered one so I haven't got mine yet.
