lol..of course I had to ask this...
Worst Christmas present you've ever gotten?
I remember as a kid when you had to pick names at school...I always had some cheapo pick my name...How long has that dollar store been in existence? I swear, for years, present switching at school was torture...enough where I'd open my gift and be embarassed...:bawl:
As an adult...I think it was the 4 ugliest nighties / trollop outfits I've ever seen...lol ...bringing me back to my "elementary days", I was mortified exchanging them the following day...

I'd hafta say a stuffed Christmas Eeyore... I love eeyore and all but this was given to me by a person who hasn't spoken to me in almost a year and the last words that were exchanged were...
"I think you hurt me so much that I can't even see you"
and
"Are you done lecturing me?"
But strictly gift wise... I'd hafta say... a really really ugly purse... (i'm a guy no offense but what am i gonna do w/ a purple purse?)

If i ever get a response right in the right thread, the Apex guys are going to give me an award! :P Let me try this again : worst present? Beavis and Butthead Toilet Paper from great friends of ours that usually give us wonderful and thoughtful gifts. Wtf were they thinking?

i actually keep them around for a good laugh :D
I'm trying really hard to think of a bad gift I've been given, and I can't remember. Maybe I've been lucky, or I've blocked the trauma from my mind.

Wait until you here this, I have a friend that went to his girlfriends house at Christmas. Everyone is opening these nice gifts, she opens hers and you'll never guess what was in there. A green onion of all things, for the whole family to see. As for my worst gift I'll let you know Thursday, I do have this one box that rattles...

I think I'd rather be plunked in the head with a candy bar. I wonder what the purpose of the green onion was...or am I just not getting it? lol I have a habit of that.
