So what strong arm tactic have you guys done to recover your lost?

I have been trolled by this little pecker who lives in SAN LUIS OBISPO County.

Thanks,
nhbilly

What do you mean trolled? Did you get shafted at a deal or something?

I sent this person a KVM, after checking his reference from heatware.com - HI-VAL. Seems good, well stupid me I sent the KVM first now I have been waiting for the money and or the KVM, yet to see anything. I am still in contact with him and yet he has the nerve to lie to me. I feel so so so tempted to make a unplanned visit with a couple of friends. But I want to give this Dip$hit a chance to return my stuff or send me the money before he feels the wrath.

I just wanna know what you guys have done to recoup ur lost.....
I have all the proof of this transaction, thank goodness.

The last time I spoke with him online. He has the never to say he was confused to what he wants to do with the KVM......I almost went off on him..........STUPID PUNK.

thanks,
nhbilly

p.s.would anyone have a direct link to the www.usps.com fraud section? I can't seem to find it.

this prolly won't help directly much...but it just seems that you'd get more exposure if you asked about people being "scammed" than being "trolled." most people will relate being trolled with just people baiting them into an argument for the sake of arguing or getting someone's goat...which won't be such a big deal to some people or maybe wouldnt draw that much attention...at least not as much attention as asking if people have been scammed. people on this board will just pay a lot more attention to the phrase "scammed," especially if they've been ripped off recently or to a great extent.

Let us guess, this trade took place on Hardforums.

Alex Juchniewicz aka HI-VAL and many other names has a long despicable history.
He is on the bad trader list: http://www.pcabusers.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=5254
And has a negative eval dated 08-14-2002 from the Trollhunters: http://www.heatware.com/eval.php4?id=8298

This is the TrollOCP thread dated 11-26-2002 where Juchniewicz was looking for a 2 port KVM
http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=534096

This scumbag does nothing but lie so people will send him parts and money for things he doesn't even have.

June 2001: Juchniewicz went around on different forums with a sob story {I need to build a computer for my "little brother" :rolleyes:} to scam computer parts from good people. http://www.gotapex.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=25356 {fatwallet link works}

Ever since then he pops up every few months like rotten trolls do.

Feb. 2002: Juchniewicz shows up on Ars Technica and gets banned after a stint of ripping people off at Hardforums under another of his names cyberthug. http://arstechnica.infopop.net/OpenTopic/page?a=tpc&s=50009562&f=57909216&m=3350973763
Take a look at the heatware folks, note negative evals: http://www.heatware.com/eval.php4?id=1477
This is what trolls do, they use different names to fool.

These TrollOCP idiots just banned the Juchniewicz 2 days ago http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=542796

Months ago they were warned about this thief and choose to do nothing. Protecting their members from known thiefs is a low priority. http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=474048
Look at the the troll bsing that he cleaned up his act. Just another lie in a long list of lies.
Look at the suckers who say give him another chance. Hell the troll had numerous chances even before that.

The lower left picture on this page Juchniewicz's website has this caption beneath it:
"Ahh, my beloved KVM, pretty eh?"
http://www.slospot.com/slolan/nov30pics.html
Geez Santa came early. http://www.pcabusers.net/forums/images/smilies/rude.gif

Here is a picture of the punk with that sh1t-eatting grin of his. There needs to be a rogues' gallery with him and Justin Daves.
http://www.slospot.com/slolan/alex2.jpg

This nutty thieving troll doesn't understand big words like "Don't be a scammer."
