Norcent Drive on deals page

anyone know about this drive? who makes it? i know it's only $10, but there are always lite ons for $20. should i save the ten spot and go for the norcent, or is it a POS.

I bought one during the black friday deal-time. No problem, works pretty good. I dont know the manufacturer though.
