Anyone have a dream that was so detailed or so real it was scarey or it bothered you hours after you've been awake?

Yup....

I had a dream when I was a little kid that my dad went on a killing spree and started with my family. He was chasing me and then I woke up....I was pretty wary of my dad for that day...:) Now that I think about it....it's kinda funny! :D

oh my god, I have the same recurring dream too..I've had it now for almost 3 years. I wonder if therapy would help...Here....

dang... when i was about 13 or 14, i had this one dream ALOT. i still can't really figure out what it really was. it was like an abstract dream that would make me sleep walk and cry. this would happen almost everynight for a long long time. it was always the same one too.

i grew out of it, but my parents would have to tell the teachers and stuff whenever i went on trips so that they knew what was happening and didn't freak out when i started goin nuts at night.

Seriously...I do have dreams on occasion that scare the fire out of me...
No pun, but the other night I had a dream and my kitchen was on fire, probably from that meatloaf surprise ..the smoke..the fire..it was all too real...
:yawn: Then there was the white polar bear dream...which in my dream book was NOT a good thing...

Is it considered a bad thing if you wake up to choking the person sleeping next to you, I didn't realize I was doing it and it hasn't happened again since.

...and Dank...that made me laugh...I imagine it would scare me if someone got up in the middle of the night freaking out like that...
Get a dream book...ignore all the bad things it says (don't dream about white polar bears)...focus on the good things ;)
